How to use: Mix one sachet in 250-450mls of water to help to fill your cup (literally). Enjoy as required.

The good stuff:

• Electrolyte Mineral Salts Blend: Magnesium Chloride, Sodium Chloride, Mono Potassium Phosphate, Sodium Citrate. This blend helps to ensure you are hydrated to the optimal level.

• Vitamin C is vital for both mama and bub during pregnancy and for postpartum recovery, we chose to use a fruit-based ascorbic acid which is very quick absorbing.

• Vitamin B6 is often prescribed for treating nausea and vomiting (those head in the bowl moments) and is a key ingredient in our formulation. We use a water soluble form of vitamin B6 called Pryidoxine Hydrochoride.

• Methyl Folate Calcium (Methylated Folate) a form of folate which can be absorbed by everyone. This one is great for bub, their brain and spine whilst growing in your belly.

FAQ:

• What is the 'oil' in the product? While commonly referred to as 'Magnesium Oil' this liquid contains no oil. The Magnesium liquid brine is organically sourced from natural salts lakes in Australian deserts.

• How long will this product last? The 125ml contains approximately 625 sprays. Used daily (10 sprays / day) the bottle will last ~2 months.

Magnesium deficiency: If you experience any reactions such as tingling or irritation; apply to damp skin (or over a light moisturiser) for the first week.

• The long back support pillow is 93cm long and 32cm wide at its widest point with a subtle curve in the pillow which nestles your back providing extra support.

• The side wedge pillow is a 35cm long and 22cm wide angled wedge pillow which tucks in below your tummy and provides relief for your bump and hips. The side wedge also features a 23cm connection strap which is able to securely velcro to the underside of the other pillows.

• The second side wedge is also 35cm long and 22cm wide wedge pillow angled inwards to provide stability which prevents back sleeping.
