Recipe: Fish Tacos with Mango Salsa

Easy summer recipe- takes 20 minutes from preparation to plating up! Feeds approx 4

Ingredients:
- Fish of choice approx 500g: Barramundi, flat head, salmon
- 1 tbsp each of paprika, garlic powder, onion powder
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 mango
- 1 avocado
- 1 red onion
- 1 cucumber
- Spinach leaves
- Hot sauce of choice
- Gevity Rx bone broth sauce- sriracha mayo
- Organic tortilla wraps

Method:
1. Combine paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and olive oil together. Coat fish pieces.
2. Cook on fry pan until cooked through.
3. Meanwhile dice mango, cucumber, avo, red onion into small pieces and mix together.
4. Assemble wrap with 1 tbsp mayo, few drops of hot sauce, spinach, salsa and fish
5. Enjoy with glass of Blackcurrant Hydramama like we did and you’ve got yourself the perfect mid week summer dinner.
